Have you received the new April/ May/ June issue of MaryJane'sFarm Magazine? Mine arrived this week and I must say I was pretty excited to see Everleigh's photo in the Young Cultivator section of the magazine! Everleigh was over the moon with excitement too! She thinks she is famous now lol!
I also really enjoyed how this issue showcased the amazing Farm Sisters who have accomplished the most merit badges. Congratulations to all of you who have earned the Sharpshooter badge and to those who are just about there! You are all an inspiration and I sure hope to see my name on that list soon.
The new merit badges for 2026 were also announced. The new ones are: -Be the Farmer in Your Market (Garden Gate) -Play With Your Food (Farm Kitchen) -Mrs. Potato Head (Farm Kitchen) -Classy Glass Gardens: Terrariums (Garden Gate) -Swap It Up! (Each Other) -Classic Casseroles (Farm Kitchen)
I am looking forward to all of these! Especially the Play With Your Food and Terrariums!
Lastly, our new Farmgirl of the Year was announced... Heather Neeper!! Congratulations Heather! I am so very excited for you. You are the perfect choice for our next Farmgirl of the Year. You really show all of us what it means to be a real Farmgirl. You inspire me everyday and I am blessed to call you my friend! I truly hope you have an amazing year. Enjoy your well deserved reign.

A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.
