Goals are something we strive to achieve and if we fall short, we are still ahead of where we started.

My goals are simple this year, only three.

Hang on to my peace by drawing closer to the Lord.

Eat foods that are good for me.

Move more, like walking & gardening.

Those are my goals. What does the coming New Year mean to you?

Sara, you have some great goals listed. I haven't started thinking of what I would like my New Year goals to be. But I agree with you. I would love to have mine be simple. I will get back to you on what I decide.

Simple is good, Sara! :)

I plan to finish quilt tops as well as other UFOs
Eat veggies more often
Continue to cut back on sugar
Move more

Karen :)

To quote one of my past preschoolers “Not one of those Karens, but a good Karen”! Haha

You have some great goals, Sara. I haven’t really thought about it much yet, but easy to follow is good.

For me, I’d like to:
Finish quilts and other UFO projects
Eat healthier and exercise more to lose weight
Travel on short and long trips, near and far

My 2025 goals are to have a better mental outlook in life. To appreciate what the good Lord has given me and to show more kindness to others. Oh and control my anxiety (this is a big one)

My goals are the same as Sara's with one extra:

Eating better, less processed foods;

Getting outside and walking/gardening;

Decluttering my house, I am a yarnaholic and I still have boxes to unpack from our last move (5 years ago)

I am working on loose ends this year.
Getting the ranch and our affairs in order.
We updated our Trust & Wills.
Doing house & barn repairs.
Reorganizing and Downsizing.
One fun thing I started years ago in our Brentwood Farm Girl Chapter group is we make a list of 12 UFO's fir the year and each month we roll the dice or pick a number. Then you have one month to finish that item.
You list can be simple or hard. Items like finish a project or read a book. Maybe go to lunch with a friend or in my case chop a cord of wood to finish a badge lol.
