It took me this long to realize you can grow your own fall decor!!! Soexcited to eat the corn and display the stalks!! :)

That made me giggle Karen! You can grow your own pumpkins as well. They do take a lot of room though.

I was just thinking yesterday how I need to get some corn stalks for my front porch. Now I need to grow my own!! Great thinking. As far as pumpkins go...I am determined to have at least one pumpkin make it to Halloween one year. Bugs are not my friend.

Heather!! Lol…I’m blamin my surgery for lack of brain use! Hahaha! Yes…I love growing pumpkins! I have 3 jack o lanterns that are growing…one is already orange! We are lucky to live in an area with irrigation that we use for watering. It makes everything look so green.

Beautiful corn stalks, Karen! I grow about two dozen every year for that exact reason, however, mine only reached about 2 feet tall this year! :-( Corn stalks for the fairies, I guess!!

Been admiring my pumpkins today. 3. big edible beauties. And, my favorite ones to decorate with, the Jack Be Littles, 7 of them!! Only you farm girls will understand my excitement!
