Theresa, could you pretty please check and see if mine is on it's way or close?? My mail lady is kind of nutty and puts our packages by our garage door (in the rain) when we have a big covered porch where she could put it. Could be the sign at the beginning of our driveway that says "Trespassers will be eaten" with a picture of a fierce looking dog?? I really don't think our 2 boxers would attack her but I don't take the chance by letting them out when a delivery truck pulls up.

LOL! Cheryl, you crack me up! Your's is being addressed as I type. Hopefully it will go out today, if not tomorrow. :) We're putting a note on it to be deliverd "under the covered porch". Hopefully it doesn't make your mail carrier any nuttier!

Theresa, are you serious? You might be moving here? You will love it, I wouldn't move from this town for any amount of money. I lived in the Seattle area pretty much my whole life, a couple years in southern California when I was 18 or so, and moved to Port Angeles 5 years ago and just love it! The people are so friendly!
Anyway, thanks so much for checking on my book, you are the sweetest!

Yippee....mine came today, and I already have fabric picked out for my new apron!! The fancy work apron is gorgeous!!
Picked up some "new" vintage fabric and a beautiful chintz to make into bias tape to go with it! Mmmmm gonna use the vintage rick rack on it too. Gotta go to Kinkos for sure tonight!!!
Thanks MJ for such a great book. The photos are wonderful, and the crochet tutorial is one of the best I've ever seen. So farmgirls if you want a great crochet teaching book....get MJ's!
Later, gotta cook dinner and then off to Kinkos and sewing again. Been sewing all day, making a cape for Kim....another farmgirl here. It is turning out like gossamer!

I got mine also! It's everything I could have dreamed of and more! MaryJane and crew created another instant hit! I can't wait to start some of the projects! I need to take all my MaryJanes stuff down to Kinko's and have them blow up all the patterns for me :) So exciting!

I can't wait to get my copy. I'm going to wait and buy it at the Past Blessings sale. Alee -- the last time I was in Kinko's they used the blueprint machine to copy my apron patter for me. It came out all in once piece -- worked great!

Went to Kinkos tonight and got the new MJ's pattern blown up. I will be sewing up one of those beauties real soon!! It cost me about $4 to have it blown up on two sheets. So it is about $2 per sheet.

Mine came!!! Oh my gosh..I have skimmed it and let Katiedid skim it too...after all my tribe is in bed tonight I plan to deep read it...it is WONDERFUL!!!
Hey...huge picture of our libbie with Julie bell (who is holding a basket of squash blossoms)..a whole page picture...both in aprons looking so adorable!!! And a nice mention of Sunshine and lots more..oh my gosh
I ordered a towel too..holy cow..best I have felt. I will be ordering more. They are just the way I like them. I need new towels...so on payday more will be ordered for sure. I wanted to try out just one first. I am WAY impressed with the quality!!! I will need new sheets after that of course..heehee

Oh, Mine came on Friday. What a treasure of a book. Nice pattern, Sunshine and nice mention of your business.
I want to make the apron and the yo-yo pillow, but I have never made them so small before. I need to loacte a kinkos to get my pattern blown up. Such a shame that CopyMax went out of business.
I have only had the chance to skim through it all and just started the deper, full reading. I lvoe the columns on real people and the website links.
Another beautiful book to add to the shelf and pull off often to use.

OOOhhhh. I am so excited...mine came yesterday and I just got home today to find it. So...if I am not online in the next few days it is because I have my nose buried in my new book. It's the little things that really make a day wonderful!

I am soo jealous! I have been reading this thread (get it? ) and looking at the cover of the book on Amazon and I want it!! We are low in funds this summer, if you know what I mean, as hubby is working from home starting his own business, and therefor not getting paid... So now I'm on a monthly budget... so so so sad... I should have paid and preordered last year!!!
But post your projects as you finish them as it is already on my Christmas list and I will be checkin' out the local bookstores and libraries to see if I can at least get a peek at it!!!
Does it actually have instructions for tatting? I bought a shuttle but have yet to find someone to teach me how to use it! Oh let me know all about it!!

Theresa said that my book was being sent out last Thursday so I was hoping so much for it to get to me yesterday. I was over at my Mom and Dad's and my son called and said 2 packages came so I ran home and opened them but one was a book I ordered off ebay and the other was a John Deere manual for my husband. I was so disappointed! But.... around dinnertime the ups truck came and brought my book!! It is so beautiful!!! I had to look through it quickly last night but I brought it with me to my son's Tuesday school so I'm going to read it thoroughly while I hang out here today. Thank you so much Theresa for getting it to me so quickly and thank you Mary Jane for signing it! I can't wait to try out the crochet lessons. I've had such a mental block when it gets to where you've made the foundation chain and then turn it and start the first row. I think the pictures and directions on here will get me past that point.
