You make a delicious zucchini bread!! With all the rain storms we have been getting I didn't enter my garden for a couple of days. Once I did, this big boy was waiting for me!

It's almost as big as Bexten!

So I made a snickerdoodle zucchini bread. It's delicious! We ate one whole loaf before I got around to pictures.

It weighed 4 pounds! Definitely the biggest one I have grown.

Denise, I didn't even think of that. I will have to remember that if I ever get another big one.

Sheila, I found the recipe on Pinterest. I can send you the link if you would like. It has cinnamon and sugar basically. But this recipe calls for coconut oil and I think that makes all the difference to the taste. It's super yummy. It's my new favorite zucchini bread.
