I have tried frozen cauliflower pizza crust pizzas and like them. I want to make my own crust and toppings. If you have a recipe or hints on making the cauliflower crust, I would appreciate it.

Hi Sara, here's a link to a cauliflower pizza recipe from MaryJane's Milk Cow Kitchen. www.maryjanesfarm.org/Recipes-Patterns-Instructions/Cauliflower-crust-pizza.pdf
The best tip I have is to wring out as much moisture from the cauliflower after cooking as possible. This will prevent a soggy crust and will help everything combine and bind together.

I've done them with parmesan instead of mozzarella, or a combo of both. Also, I've taken cauliflower when I can get it on sale, buzzed it up raw in the food processor, and put in freezer bags in 2 cup portions. I then use for the crusts or cauliflower fried rice. |

Lisa, I like the idea of mixing the two cheeses. I have a cauliflower in the fridge now, think I will put it through the food processor and freeze it till I am ready for pizza.
