So I've switched our soaps to natural-everything. But---my son misses having bubbles in his bath. Does anyone have a recommendation for bubble bath that doesn't have yuck-o ingredients in it?? Thanks! |

OK don't laugh when I tell you this and please don't be horrified, but I HIGHLY recommend Cloud Star's Buddy Wash. It's an ALL NATURAL dog wash that I use on my own hair and it makes the BEST bubbles for bath time. It's a clean smelling lavender/mint blend. You can identify everything in it. Out of all mainstream products out there, it makes my hair soft and doesn't leave a heavy gross residue.
My hubby takes an evening soak in the winter months. The first day I ever tried Buddy Wash, I poured it in the water and swirled it all around. It made so many bubbles, hubby was buried! (I also used one of those bubble mat hoses to really agitate the water.)
Please do check this out. Cloudstar.com
If you have access to a Whole Foods type place, it might be in the pet section.
Good luck |

I purchased a bottle of Biokleen's dish soap, which says it can be used as a bubble bath. I only started using it (not as a bubble bath though!) but so far it has been very kind to my hands.

Jasons makes a great bubble bath for kids and california baby makes one with a bubble wand in it. I've used both it is! It has a nice berry scent. Whole foods carries Jason's Naturals you can find California Baby at Target!

I had some Biokleen here so I tried it and they liked it. Yay! I might try some of those others through my coop. The bubble wand sounds like fun! Thanks for all your ideas! |

Speaking of Target, I'm so pleaed that we are able to find more and more organic/all natural items both here and Wal-Mart.
Not to get off the subject, but I eat an organic blueberry/flax cereal in my shake every a.m. I used to only be able to find this in bulk either at Whole Foods of at the local small time supplier in town. It blew me away when Target of all places carries the exact same flax seed/blueberry blend It's identical!
This also means I still have to drive 30 miles to get it, but at least this way I can hoard some boxes and not worry about Whole Foods being sold out. Thank goodness for a large chest freezer and vacuum sealer! |
