I just wanted to share with you about the intermediate weaving merit badge. I learned about different types of looms and how to make a pattern on a loom. There are 7 different types of loom.1 Frame loom/ lap loom· 2 Tapestry loom· 3 Rigid heddle loom · 4 Inkle loom · 5 Floor loom · 6 Table loom · 7 Bead loom. I learned how to weave on a loom and use the backstrap loom. I weaved an 18 ˝ belt for my Niece. But then decided I really liked it and wrapped it around my wrist several times and loved how it looked and decided to keep it. I showed a friend what I learned and they were in wow. I also made a video of it and put it on my Farmgirl Facebook page. I hope that the ladies will try this badge. If you would like to see the video go to this page. Have a look at our Facebook page soo what we have been up to. https://www.facebook.com/groups/768357880431056
