In two days I've spent a gazillion dollars on stuff that I never knew existed, and I am SOOOO happy about it.

I had to literally pry my fingers from the keyboard and go to lunch.

Can't wait to get my purchases

Oh, don't stop now, there is still so much to cover. Anyway, from all etsy sellers we appreciate it and isn't it just the neatest place? I would have never known about Etsy if I hadn't learned about Mary Jane's.

I know! I'm so glad that we have this community here.
I ordered from this gal,

http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5045539&order=§ion_id=&page=1

and the things have been removed, but there are similar items if anyone is interested!!!!

I bought my mother a "Las Vegas" vintage map charm, and me, a necklace much like the ones on page 3, only it has a 100 year old book illustration of a sparrow and says "sparrow", and I bought a bluebird nightlight, much like the ones on page 1. Easy to drop money right quick, lemme tell you.
Last night I was up till 1:30 am looking at stuff on this site.

I also bought from Tasha's etsy site, so I need to stay away for a few days. I WILL return though. I even set up an email account JUST for my etsy purchases!!!!

aaaaarrraggghhhh! Me too! I've discovered knitting/fiber podcasts, and from that I've discovered knitting/fiber/roving ETSY sites, and have made 9 purchases in the last week. I'm going to have to put a lock on my computer!!

Isn't it difficult to stop finding nice things on Etsy once you've started? I just bought a set of pink napkins for my mother (it's for Mother's Day, so I'm thinking ahead!) from this shop:

If anyone needs a good place on ETSY to get some nice alpaca yarn, try stickchick, and grannyscloset for incredible knitting needle holders.

It's tax season, and I'm a CPA, so I have a little extra $$ ! But, no time to do anything right now, and I really don't have the time to be "shopping" on the internet either, but it's easy to do while the tax returns are printing. Hope all is well with you too, Jonni!

I purposely havent' spent any time at Etsy for just that reason. I'd wear the letters off the keyboard for sure!
