Darlene, how are you?
Can you use your hands, without pain, yet?
Last week, I lost three days due to my right shoulder and arm! The pain was so horrible. I even took a big pain pill. It did not phase it.Then God reminded me to sleep on my arm. Squ-wishing the arm, relieves some of the pain.
I do hope you are better!

Marilyn, yes I’m better. My YMCA opened up the swim classes and I started going and it has helped. Thanks for asking. Hope you feel better soon. It sure is miserable!

I'm so sorry Marie you are having to deal with the awful heat! At least we have ac here. Try dry ice and a fan?? Lots of wet clothes from the freezer help too!!
