Ann - if you're interested in Sacred Harp, I found this group that sings in Maryland (apparently the only one):

And speaking of Cold Mountain, we happened to sing both of the Sacred Harp songs featured in the movie at our first singing - Idumea and I'm Going Home. They sounded wonderful.
