I dropped everyone's fabric squares in the mail this evening. I was thinking of September apples when I chose the fabrics. Very sad that the Apple Festival has been cancelled this year. Time to make apple pie. Just add Vanilla Bean ice cream and everything will be okay. :)

Oh Darlene, I'm loving this fabric swap so much! The dr said I could begin moving my hand side to side like a presidential wave but continue wearing the splint. 3 more weeks. My hand is popping a lot as I exercise. My incision is swelled some. We shall see! Still praying and doing exactly as he says. :) hugs, have a beautiful weekend!

Dianna, hang in there! The swelling will be around awhile but diminish as time goes on. Strength and mobility will get better but takes awhile also. Once we have something done to our bodies, they are never the same but we learn to adapt to our new self. Be patient and be safe. You will be fine. Always praying for you. Hubby and Sara too! Thank you for the fun, vibrant fabric! I love anthropomorphic beings in art. On my wall in the woman cave is art of a fox playing the fiddle and a cat playing an accordion. They make me smile. Thank you for the note. Yes! I love hiking, especially by waterfalls. Just up the road in the Fall there are pumpkin farms and corn mazes for the metro folks to visit as well as for some of us locals who love the season. :) Living at the edge of the Sautee Nacoochee Valley, I am fortunate to look up at the mountains and around the landscape to witness the changing leaves. When we get the occasional snow, I feel like we're inside a snow globe! This weekend lots of tourists are visiting the area. We stay home during that time.

Thank you, Jana, for the beautiful fabric! It does remind me of Edith Holden's art, and the coordinating fabric is just perfect. I also have a fascination with insects. The butterflies, and moths are a lovely backdrop.

Dianna, crying soothes the soul! Also wets the face! LoL! I have a plate, screws and a donor bone in my neck! I get it! I hate that they are there but grateful because I needed them. You need them too! Without them we'd be a hot mess! It gets better. Praise God!
