So happy you like it, Cristi! I love scrappy, as you can tell. LOL! And I have LOTS of scraps. I love how it looks on your basket. That gives me an idea - I have too many quilts and some baskets I can use. I think I will put some in a basket instead of in the cabinet.

This ribbon making is fun. I made another scrappy ribbon for myself today using small pieces of fabric selvages that were remaining from a selvage quilt project I am working on now.

Received your wonderful ruffle ribbon today. I opened the
package and Wow! Some many beautiful tucks. Love the denim

Hi Patsy, So glad you received it. It said Saturday but when I checked yesterday, it said out for delivery. Actually, I went off the Memory rolls more than just the ribbon. The rolls, are rolled up & tucked inside a pouch . Some use material from loved ones clothing & photos sewn on. They are especially precious if the the loved one is deceased. A memorial to them, like the Victorians were known for ;-)

I received two ruffled ribbons from Jill with some goodies.
The ribbon on the right is a snippet ribbon. I tried to make one and was unsuccessful. I was also sent a note, loose organic chamomile tea, a small package of Walkers shortbread (yum) and two circular paper signs. Each fabric ribbon was wrapped in tissue and tied with the yellow polka dot ribbon. Thank you for all that was sent. The ribbons are great.

Hello everyone!
A huge thank you to Marie, I ADORE the ribbon you sent! It's made of such a cheerful combination of fabrics and I love the selvage connecting all. And it's softer than the one I made! Don't laugh, but I may just carry this around with me for a few days because it makes me smile! :) And I always love the paper folding you do, it's so intricate and shows how patient and talented you are. Thank you also for your lovely note, I too had a couple of "draft" ribbons and still plan to practice! Yours ended perfectly, thank you again!

I ironed it with Mary Ellen's Best Press. I just used left over pieces of fabric that were too small to use for anything else.
