My sweet sister in law knew how badly I wanted 2 signs made for my house, so she printed out the vinyl to match some frames I had and helped me put the vinyl on. Hubby and I got them hung up over the weekend and I'm so excited!
We hung this one in our living room.

And we hung this one in the kids bathroom

LOL! My house elf was freed too! Cute signs. I bet that diamond painting took a while - it looks big!

I've been working on a diamond painting as well (thanks Krista!) and a couple little aprons for my nieces. I'll post some pictures when they're finished (hopefully tomorrow). Next up is some pot holders from the scrap fabric tote!

Heather, those dang elves lol! Well it seems like the diamond painting took forever. I actually started it in February of last year and would work on it as he would go out of town. So I only had about a quarter left to finish before Christmas. I believe it’s about the standard size. So not to big.

Those are cute signs!

I've started a temperature blanket for our first year here. I thought it would be fun. I am crocheting it in the Shell stitch.

Oh Heather, I don't know anything about Diamond Painting but yours is lovely. But those aprons are adoable . . . wouldn't they be too cute out of feedsack fabric? That's what I'm working on today . . . figuring out what to do for the FEEDSACK 2022 swap. I'm actually doing two as I want to make something for Farmgirl Laura who donated this awesome batch of vintage feedsacks as well as for whoever my partner turns out to be. Just finished a machine embroidery project of "Gal-entines" . . . sorry can't post pix . . . you can guess why. LOL. Well back to the studio to play. DH is glued to the TV today -- football playoffs. Just a few more weeks and I can get him back . . . .

My little project yesterday was a fabric tied valentine garland, my first one, imperfect and certainly doesn't compare with the other beautiful projects above, but wanted to share. xo

Heather, that diamond painting is beautiful! Now I want to make me one! Love the aprons too! Your nieces will love them.

April, your garland is so pretty. Did you just cut fabric into strips and tie them?

Jean and April - I love to do the diamond paintings! If you look in the upper right corner of my picture you'll see the holder with the "dots" in it. If you look on the picture - the upper left and lower right is the key. It tells you what symbol gets what number dot. The picture is sticky with a clear plastic over it. You pull the plastic back and put on the dots. It's pretty easy to do and I loose track of time doing it. My husband says there's no way he would be able to do it - it would drive him nuts LOL! This particular picture you put dots on the entire thing. There are some that you only put dots on part of it. If you'd like to try it I suggest getting a small one that you only dot part of. Then you can always get a bigger one!

Krista - you should get one. It looks even better in person!

April - I love your Valentine garland! That would be a fun project for different holidays - St. Patty's day, Easter, etc. I might have to use your idea LOL!

Thanks for sharing about the diamond painting, Heather, I'll have to look for them next time at the craft store... been staying pretty close to home with all the covid around us. BUT, I'm due for a craft store visit in the near future! :-)

April, I personally haven’t purchased any from a craft store. All of mine have come from amazon. They always have a huge selection and sizes to choose from. I’m not even sure if they are carried in craft stores. If you see any you will have to let me know.

I started making a cow hat and diaper cover for the babies newborn pictures. I couldn’t find a pattern I liked so I am making it up as I go along. The hat is almost done and then I’ll get started on the diaper cover. I really hope it turns out how I’m picturing it.

couple projects here . A beaded change purse. You knit on size 0000 needles. Actually a fairly quick project. The bag is also a simple project. You use the fancy zipper and sew on outside. Another Pinterest idea but I think Missouri star website shows it.
