My Aunt Glenda gave this to me a while back. One of my favorite things. She has given me so many things over the years. She will be 105 in a few weeks. Still doing good. I talk to her every week. She lives about an hour from us. Her memory is better then mine. She reads all the time, still does some cooking. Her son lives with her now, really can't be left alone at that age. Anyway just cleaning the lamp this morning and thought I would post a picture.

So pretty! 105?! How amazing. All the things she has seen and experienced- I’d love to sit and listen to her stories.

Nancy...I love the lamp! Have seen it before I believe. But it is your Aunt who is so Amazing at 105!
I too had an Aunt and an Uncle who lived to be 105 and 107. If your Family has a Birthday Party for
her...try to post a picture of her on here. I was very young when my Aunt & Uncle died...So I don't
remember them. Oh, wait I forgot they were my Great Aunt and Great Uncle. I would have loved to
known them though. Everyone in My Family died fairly young. Usually in their early 60's except My
Mom who lived to be 2 weeks shy of 85 and her Sister who was 76. And on my Dad's side of the Family
it was the same...most died in their 60's including my dad.

Love and Hugs,
Peggy

What a sweet treasure Nancy Jo! So nice that you keep in touch with her. My dad's uncle lived to be 106. My aunt(dad's sister) will be 100 in September. Hoping to go to her party. She does not look 100 though I'm not sure what 100 is supposed to look like. She still keeps in touch and we write one another often.

The lamp is really beautiful. It is truly amazing how long some people live and are able to keep their faculties. Enjoy your loved ones.

Nancy, your lamp is very pretty. Wow, your Aunt will be 105 soon and still doing well. What a gift to have someone like that still in your life.

Denise, how wonderful to have an Aunt who will be 100 very soon too!

Having elders still with us after so many years is like a special treasure in a family. Few are blessed to have someone like that in their life.
