It's turning out to be a beautiful day here - I can hear birds for one of the first times this year tweeting away outside my front door! Yesterday was sunny and in the 50s, and I'm hoping for the same today. OH, I need the sun and fresh air right now!!!

It's a gorgeous day here, too -- sunny, very slight breeze, and in the high 50's. I'm glad you're having a beautiful day, too!

gorgeous day here too today, but a bit chilly.
have to get out there and pot up some lettuces.
you'd have loved it at my house yesterday..walked outside and gracious at the bird sounds!
even saw a pair of hawks circling over the house at one point!
the finches and doves sure put up alot of chirping.....then I heard a redwing blackbird chirping..and lo and behold it was in the top of a tree in the neighbors yard..
and then the flickers were visiting the oak tree out back too.
I have a lone goldfinch that has been visiting my feeder too..he seems right at home with the house finches..I was able to get a picture of him yesterday
..will have to try again soon to get more photos of him before he figures out that he should have been with others of his kind..ha.

We are having a beautiful sunny day. A little crispness in the air still, but nothing that a nice sweater can't ward away. Birds are plentiful here as well- the little nuthatches are cracking me up trying to get every bug in the trees. They look like those little cars that you move around with a magnetic wand from underneath! Such a treat!
