That's why spring is my deadline to get it on the market, winter is too hard all in it's self without house hunting, so hopefully you will have more lookers and a buyer soon. Keep us posted and keeping my fingers crossed for you Ellen!
Spring really is the best especially for "lookers" to see the beauty of the land, trees, gardens. That's when we found it all those years ago. I was actually surprised at the number of "lookers" we've had. 5 so far and some on some pretty snowy days. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you as well Junebug Sue.
