Here's a photo of an apron I made, using the MJ Harvest Apron pattern, for a recent swap. 'Sew' pleased with how it turned out! The pocket is repurposed fabric from a vintage cafe curtain.

HEY! I recognize that!
It's even cuter in person, and I am one proud owner of my new apron. Yes, the whole front panel is the pocket. You can't really see it in the picture, but it has a 'Rose Jar' recipe on it that I'm going to try when our climbing roses bloom this summer! Thanks, Katie! Oh, and if you have any other pieces, will you check to see if the Rose Potpourri recipe is on any of them? I'd love that recipe, too! Faith

Katie, I love it that you used a vintage "re-purposed"cafe curtain. I just received some white hand stiched (x-stich) pillow cases that I think would make a cute apron...thanx for the idea of using something that might otherwise stay stashed away in a closet! U-R-sew clever....

What a lovely apron. I love the repurposed fabric. it looks so pretty as an apron. I really need to try that one. I bet that large pocket is wonderful for gathering what's fresh and ready i nthe garden.
