Well we got our electricity to our property last week and we are scheduled for the well to be put as soon as two weeks! I might have a buyer for our house if I can get them to come and look at it. I called the Housing Authority for the local Indian Tribe last week and they are supposed to contact me this week about possibly buying our house. One of the committee members said he had seen it before we owned it and thought it would make a great home for one of their members. So you all wish me luck that they will buy the house. Hubby health has not been good lately and the one thing that keeps him going is his wanting to move to the country. I hope I can help make it happen for us very soon. Please cross your fingers and say a prayer for us if you would.

Thanks

Shelle

So how is it going so far? Any bites on the house?

Well the housing authority people from the tribe have yet to call me back. I think hubby will call one of them tomorrow if they dont call us. He served on the school board with one of them and he knows him pretty well. I think we will give them till the weekend and then list our house with a real estate agent. I didnt want to have to use one but that will be the next step if I cant get them to buy it outright. I sure hope hubby has better luck with getting the ball rolling with them.

I hope everything works out for you right away. I know how frustrating it can be to sell a house. But just remember, it will sell. Keep us informed.
