Several years ago my husband did a stint as project manager at a Habitat site. He said he always loved the diversity of all the different crews but the all women crews were the most intent on accomplishing their tasks for the time they were there. He said he started to schedule projects with them in mind because although they came with the least skills, they were the most receptive to learning and finishing the jobs they were given. Way to go Barbara...build on!
