Linda, that is similar to the one I tried and got it way too big. No pattern, I was guessing.

Well Grace, I have a bunch of crochet hooks and knitting needles, as well as yarn. I can not read the instructions. Thank goodness for the internet. My problem is too many other things keep pulling at me and there are so many things to learn.

I think the first one I posted is super cute and pretty easy. Guess you need to learn, Grace.

It is Lone Oak, and when are you coming, Grace? You can come to my place in Lone Oak or Ed's place in Poetry. LOL! I will definitely teach you to crochet.

We are going to Orlando/Disney World in middle of May and on a 14-day Panama Canal cruise in late October.

Grace - if you come through upper Wyoming and can put up with a bunch of children, you are welcome here in your travels :)

Linda - a Disney trip AND a cruise! May I stow away in your suitcase??? It would have to be a REALLY BIG ONE for me to fit, but hey, I can dream ;)

I would really like to learn to crochet... I've figured out how to make square washcloths with double crochet, but that is about as far as I have gotten!!!

Grace, where in Pa is your friend? Maybe we can meet up! I'd love that!

I'm coming too, Linda. Tell your boyfriend he'll just have to deal with it! LOL!

Shannon, baby steps. At least you started. I taught my 8yo GD when she spent the weekend. She made a chain as long as the house. She kept having her 4yo brother stretching it out. LOL! Next time I'll teach her single crochet. I hope it won't be as long as the house!

Hay there.
Please add my name to this swap.....I have all sorts of western fabric scraps. I'm getting into the swing of things around here and decided to make the garden a smaller one, its just me anyway. That will give me extra time to do more of the things I love, such as sew and CREATE. I have already gathered my fabrics for western aprons and I am looking for embellishments now. Maybe I will join one of the others also....I keep finding patriotic fabrics because I sew Quilts of Valor!! Hugs, Daizy

I totally understand Grace. It is fun to play and be creative. And making small things allows us to use smaller pieces of fabric. I love making these little aprons.
Your new design is very cute.
