I had the pleasure of listening to an interview with Ms. Butters on the radio today. I also read the article in the NY Times yesterday about how so many women are becoming farmers, but on a realtively small scale: interested in growing food for their families and neighbors. That's me! I can't believe that someone else with the same passion for growing food was actually on the radio!
Best to all, Liz |

Welcome Liz! I read the same article online from The Times! I would have posted it here but the girls would have to be members to access it. Glad you are here and I look forward to hearing about your farm! Isn't it great that women are transforming the farm around the country? Jenny

Hi Liz, and welcome! What type of farming/growing do you do? My sister in law is in Milford and we have visited around the state for many years. Lots of beautiful areas that I never get tired of seeing (like White Flower Farm territory!). Nice to see you've found us, join in and let us know what life is like for you in CT.
