It's time to sign up for December Mail Art!
If this is your first time signing up for Mail Art, please visit the topic Farmgirl Mail Art to read our guidelines.
FOR DECEMBER, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to join in. Sign-up is available through December 10. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.
Does the month of December even need a theme?  Let's call the theme Merry and Bright and wish each other a joyous month. And as always, if the theme is not right for you, feel free to do your own thing.
I will send an email with your partner to you on December 12. Please send your Mail Art before December 31.
I'd like to encourage everyone to post a comment on the current month's thread when you receive your mail art. And if you can, a picture is nice. We all love seeing the inspiring art! And a quick thanks lets your partner know you received your mail art.
A couple more things to keep in mind:
1. Traditionally, Mail Art has been "secret"; part of the fun is receiving a surprise package from a surprise partner. I would encourage you not to tell your partner who you are until a reasonable amount of time has passed for them to receive your art.
2. Please be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination :)

Gift arrived today. It is LOVELY, thank you so much GrannyTammy. I will be making use of the scarf in this weather and I plan to use the tea tonight for my solstice celebration!

I'm behind on posting, on Friday I found a Merry and Bright package in my mailbox from Sara M. Thank you so much, I love your work. She made a beautiful card for me, a set of water color cards and gift tags too, a bonus rubber stamp that says Merry and Bright. There are not many gift tags in the photo, I used them immediately! I'm going to put one of the painted cards in a frame for next year :)
Thanks again Sara, your thoughtful mail art really brightened up my day!
To my partner, your envelope went out today from my snowy little post office!
