Hello there.
I wrote not long ago about having the flu
I am Diabetic, have high blood pressure, severee Refulxe diase and have arthris everywhere
Anyways, I went to my family doctor this week. It seems I have gotten another bad virus on top of the flu.
He said it was best to let it run its course , rather than taking antibotics for it.
But, I have had this stuff since that Wed before Christmas. and this morning I am really not well at all.

Sheila, Prayers for your healing. I'm sorry you are having to deal with another illness on top of the others. Hope to hear soon that you are feeling much better.

I am so sorry that you arent feeling well. I will certainly remember you in my prayers that God's healing touch will be upon you.
Now you just make sure that you get lots of rest and take care of you!

Sheila,
So sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Have you tried taking Oscillococcinum? You take it when you feel the flu coming on or symptoms like it. I know that you take 3 doses of it. It really works. There are these little pellets in a tiny container & you pour them under your tongue. It's all natural & says there are no drug interactions in case you are on other meds. Just thought I would toss that idea out there. I will pray for you though. That is after all the best medicine. Rest up & take care

Oh Sheila..I will sure keep you in my prayers. I just am getting over the flu and sure would hate to have other health problems to deal with too...I will pray for you daily. Take care!

Thanks all of you for praying for me.
I think I am on the mend.
I went out this week and acctually felt like going out for the first time since the week before Christmas.
I actually lost about 10 lbs. so that was good. but a hard way to do it.
I hope I don't gain back what I lost . Need to loose a lot more.
I am excersing as often as my health will allow me during the week.
