Well today I went to the post office and mailed all my valentines (I hope everyone get theirs on time) and I want to give a big THANK YOU to everyone for all the wonderful valentine's. I loved coming home and seeing my pile of valentines (along with my junk mail and bills)
They have become quite the topic of conversation at my house! My dad asks why are you getting mail from everywhere and I say it just like Christmas time except V-day. I dont think he understands either

I just wanted to thank everyone for the lovely valentines. This was such a great idea! My husband noticed that I was getting all these valentines in the mail, and he decided to mail one himself!

I'm heading south for the winter. Some parts of my body already have a head start!

I feel so bad.
Erin in Dallas. The card that I mailed to you came back to me. I must have the zip wrong.
I will work on it. You may not get it until after Valentines day. Sorry about that.

I have had so much fun doing this that the coffee table in the living room is still covered with (neatly) papers and stickers etc. so anyone who would randomly come by could make their own cards. Nobody comes by but I'm ready. MB

Ladies, I have lost track of thanking everyone individually, but EACH and EVERY Valentine has been precious!

Hi girls, I really have loved this valentine exchange, I know my heart box is filled right to the top. I love looking at them. Haven't decided what to do with them yet. Maybe leave them right where they are. If I put them in a scrap book I won't be able to see the whole card. The velvet heart box seems to be the perfect place for them.

Finally got mine out! It's been one thing after another, but they are on the way.

Thank you all for the wonderful cards. I have mine sitting in a pretty little basket right by the fireplace. I look at them often; each one brings a smile to my face.

Great idea~XOXOXOXOX everyone!

Oh, we got snowed in yesterday. I hope hubby can go get the mail today. It has been such a wonderful swap. Thank you, ladies. Nancy, I love the velvet heart box idea to keep them in. I was thinking of a scrapbook and planning ways to store them so they can be opened up and handled once more. Now I think a box would be much easier. I think I can cover one and use it. Thanks for the idea.
