Used to shop a lot at a Hancock's near our home in north Phoenix YEARS ago when my kids were babies. Haven't been in one in a long time, but seems like many of them closed down long ago.

I have been to the one in our closest city a few weeks ago, everything was 40% to 70% off. Sales lady told me they would continue deeper discounts as the weeks moved on. They still had a lot of fabric and notions left.

wow here at waxahahie near us they are putting in a NEW Hancock
at a new shopping center.. anxious for it to open. they had
closed stores around dallas area a few years ago.
