This swap involves no sewing (your project is determined by what you want to make with your fabric squares) - only buying fabric and cutting it into 10" squares. Please do not include any selvages in the 10" squares.
This is a new swap for 10" squares of Boy-themed Fabrics. Each person who signs up will receive 2 different 10" squares of Boy-themed fabric from each of the other farm girls who sign up. A yard of fabric will make 12 squares, so the amount of fabric you need to purchase will depend on how many sign up.
Signups begin today: March 1
Signups end: Noon, March 16
Mail out by: March 31
When you sign up by posting in this thread, please immediately send me your name/address/phone. The name/address is so I can send a complete list to each swapper; the phone number is in case I need to contact you for any reason.
We have been enjoying these swaps and it is fun seeing all the different fabrics we choose. I hope you will join us.
NOTE: Next month the 10" fabric squares swap will be for Girls Fabrics.

Okay, so I already purchased my boy-themed fabric. This was really hard as I only went to Hobby Lobby. However, so many subjects are liked by both boys and girls...and then what age group are we looking for? Infant, toddler, tween, teen...you get it? Oh my, my head is just spinning..well, it usually is anyway! Anyway, I love what I bought. Ha ha...happy shopping.

I have to wait to see if I will be able to see well enough. I am having cataract surgery on Tuesday and in 2 weeks the next one. I will play it by ear, eyesight! LOL!

I have a quilting friend who might be interested in swapping "boy" fabric squares with us. Does anyone mind if I add her name and address to our list? OR I can just have everyone send me double squares. I'd like to encourage her to join MJF and this might help that, too.
