OMG! the traffic today was horrendous!
I was up in the town of BootJack (a small mountain community of 900)... and I gotta tell ya,,, traffic was at a near stand still!
worse yet,,, no one could make up their mind if they were coming or going! Yikes!

so,,, how was the traffic in your neighborhood?

I've often wished those turkeys (real and human) would get off the road!

Such a great traffic jam to have! I had one similar to that a few weeks ago. It consisted of 10 deer which were in no hurry to move.

We have those stupid turkeys right in the middle of the city. They are so mean. They chase someone coming down the street. But I think someone took care of them and they ended up on the table.

The real thing is not as cute as the Thanksgiving decorations is it? There's a flock of wild turkeys at the American Club in Kohler, WI that stroll all over the streets there without a care in the world. I always get a few pictures of them when we are there although they didn't come out too clear this time.

Thanks for sharing your flock with us!

Awe Grace...you saved the BEST for last. Love the Turkey peaking in the Window!
But he does have a mean look in his eyes, like "Hey Stupid Person, we were here first!" LOL

Peggy

The deer are actually a hazard in our area. There are so many of them and the can wreck cars, come through windshields, etc. They also get injured or killed. 'Tis a problem!

If I were to be stuck in a traffic jam I'd choose yours! What great pictures. My hubby and I went to Yellowstone a long time ago and we have a picture like your last turkey one of a buffalo - only he was walking along the side of the road not at us. It was almost dark and hubby leaned out the window and took a picture. The flash went off. When he backed up to take another one I told him he's going to make the buffalo mad and it would ram the tuck. His response was - how cool would that be to have a dent in my truck from a buffalo! Luckily the buffalo wasn't even fazed by us - just kept on walkin like we weren't even there.
