It's always a great idea to grab those vintage hankies whenever you can because there are so many cool ideas for using them nowadays. Megan celebrated vintage hankies in the Oct/Nov 2015 issue of the magazine and it was delightful to work with all the beautiful colors and far-out prints!

I love that, Diana. Now I have to find some Christmas hankies.

Another way is to make a crazy quilt. Cindy Brick wrote a book called "Hanky Panky" a number of years ago and I took a class from her. We made a pillow-sized quilt out of hankies, trims, buttons, lace etc. What fun!

I have all of my grandmothers and mother in laws and aunts hankies. Here is a picture of a quilt block. It is on my to do list to make a quilt out of them.

Theresa, I've seen that block before. Isn't it just a beauty!

Thanks everyone. I know I love that pattern. Am currently working on a whole clothe but when I'm done with it I am starting this one.
