I am already doing a saline rinse. I may run to town and get the zicam. I just tries an ACV, honey, Lemon drink...gross, but if I stick it out, maybe it will work. I HAVE to get some sleep tonight. I have been so mean today b/c I am miserable.

ACV with the mother works wonders for me. I have horrible Cedar Fever. You need to take it everyday. It will take a few days to start to work I expect.

I use Braggs too. It might kick in a lot sooner taking it more than once. I do really think it will help. Just give it a few days. It's not my favorite so I chase it down with coffee immediately.

Alicia, if you actually have a sinus infection, you could need an antibiotic to clean it up and then you can maintain your sinus and allergies with saline flushes and whatever else you find that helps. The sinuses are great places for bacteria to breed and take hold. When the bacterial growth overtakes those dark, moist areas, you just can't treat it effectively on your own. My suggestion is to see your doctor and get it cleared up properly and then keep up an aggressive and daily maintenance program. With Spring around the corner, everything will be blooming and allergies will be in full force. You don't want to have a lingering infection in your head at any time for any reason. Proximity to the brain is just too risky. I hope you feel better soon!
