My chickens are loving fall and all the goodies...pumpkin, kale, and acorn squash! They got a bit of oatmeal one chilly morning, but now it's been in the 70's (freakish weather).
What are some fall treats you like to give your girls?

Our girls use to LOVE oatmeal. We actually found that on really cold mornings, adding a tiny bit of crushed red pepper helped keep their circulation going and therefore kept them warm. Pumpkins were their other favorite treat. Pumpkin seeds are a great de-wormer!

Hi Shannon,
Good to know! Thanks! I know in summer, mint helps keep them cool, too.
