I probably have enough to make 5 half pints. But the only recipe I have in a book I didn't really like.
Thanks,
Cristine

You'll have to cut this way down won't you? 5 half pints I'm thinking is
what Cristine like 3/4 cup of bellpepper and 1/4 cup sugar maybe 5 cups sugar 1 cup cider vinegar 1 bottle certo?

mine is for:
3 large bell peppers
12 hot peppers
1/2 cup h2o
3 cups cider vinegar
5lbs sugar
2 bottles of certo
I do it in the blender. bell and hot peppers and water. add to vinegar and sugar and boil. boil 5 min. remove from heat and add certo. Pour into hot sterilized jars to within 1/2"of the top. Process in a water bath for 5 min.

Hi,
We've made excellent hot pepper jelly from the recipe in the Sure-jel package. One batch was only using extremely hot peppers, and the other was similar to Ellens's. It is so good, I like adding a spoonful to spaghetti sauce, or to top off some soups when serving. MMMMMMMMMMMMM!

I have never made any- though I wish I did this past summer with all the hot peppers I grew. I did buy some at the farmers market and had it on a cracker with cream cheese. YUMMMYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is also wonderful for dipping egg rolls or won tons in!! or just tortilla chips! I made a bunch last year. Sounds like the recipe that Ellen posted..very close.
