My daughter's first one. My 5 yo son is pretty sad. I know Isabelle is , too. :(

Not sure what all was wrong, but she was failing all week. I did feel some tumors under her front legs. Isabelle tried to give her the best, by letting her loose in the yard most of the week. I noticed she was being swarmed by flies this afternoon, so we went ahed and put her down. She was a good mama. Sad to see her go. Especially for my kids.

This was her the day we got her.

So sorry! We have a bunny, too. My heart breaks for your family, it's always a hard thing to do. What a pretty girl she was.

BIG farmgirl hugs,

I think my 5 yo took it the hardest, even though it was my 13 yo's rabbit. He was 2 when they picked out their 2 bunnies, so he was the saddest. It has been strange to hang laundry today and not see her nestled with my yarrow today.

Alicia, so sorry for your loss. They become part of the family. I know that it is the cycle of life, but it doesn't make it hurt less especially when it is a child that experiences the loss. ((((Hugs))))
