I just finished reading my latest issue of Mary Jane's magazine and I have to say it is jam packed full of so many good articles. Now, I know normally the magazine is full of great information but this month's issue has come at the best time for me.
I have always tried to eat healthy and I usually start out well but then I fall back into old habits. Unfortunately, my old habits are not healthy choices. I have also found that what I thought were healthy purchases are items that are hiding all kinds of things that will not promote the best health.
This month's issue has some great recipes and also some wonderful sites to find the things needed for the recipes. I especially want to try the ones for Roasted Chickpeas and Sweet Potato chips. I have been learning a lot about clean eating and this month's magazine has inspired me to use the information to help with cleaner eating in our home.
So, thank you to MaryJane!

You are MOST welcome Denise. I was just thinking about an article for the issue we're working on for post-menopause women called maybe, Eating for Calcium.

All of us are surrounded by bad food and it's so very tempting. But together, we can keep each other on track. Dr. Koniver's advice on eating berries was right on. A cup of berries a day keeps the doctor away.

Oh, I look forward to that. I need to start being more aware of what types of organic food we can find local. I was excited to find an organic farm maybe 3 miles from us. Checking that out for some meats and things.
