FYI -
My Postmaster just told me - postage for at least postcards is going up effective EOD May 31. Since May 31 is a Sunday, if you don't mail your postcards by Saturday, they will cost more to mail.

This is fun! When I address the postcards, I Google the town I send them to (not the actual address, that's too nosy).

My postcards will be going out today :) Last year I bought a ROLL of post card stamps (what was I thinking!?!?), so I want to use them before the price goes up... I'm thinking I will just put three on the ones to Canada, lol.

I think you will need 3-1/2 stamps. I just bought old ones, too - now need to get 1Cent stamps.

All of mine are in the mail. Got my first one yesterday!

My mailbox held 1 postcard today - Thanks, Brenda. I'm up to 3.
All 27 of my postcards went out today! Plus 2 of my grandsons sent out their postcards for the kids' postcard swap.

Good evening wveryone,
I received my first postcard today from Marlene. We do not have an American Redstart or Indigo Bunting. I have not seen an Eastern Bluebird before either. When I was in upstate New York many years ago I saw an Indigo bunting. When we see the rose breasted grosbeak we know that spring has arrived. The goldfinches are so bright and cheery in late winter at the feeders. Thank you.

I have lots of cardinals and finches in my yard and have seen some robins. We have Bluejays, Woodpeckers, and the Texas bird the Mockingbird. Plus many hawks and buzzards. LOL!
