I own several rent houses, do all my own repairs/construction and am always looking for deals on materials.
I recently purchased a house that has icky dirty carpet. I was going to lay tile throughout with a deal I found for 59 cents per sq ft. But, then I found an even better deal for 29 cents. I'll be laying 1000 sq ft of flooring all for $320!!
Can you believe that!?! One thousand sq ft for $320. I am stoked.
