Watch for a full-page pic of my Rose Etta in the upcoming Feb. Sister Issue and let me know if she'd work.

Hello Sisters:
Just wondering here. What type of flower is used in the logo? I can't determine whether the flowers are morning glories, carnations or maybe pansies. I have an idea for earning my "Jubilee Badge" and my chapter sisters would be interested in participating. I love both the charm and necklace ideas, by the way.

Diana, good question but I think Karina merely drew some cute flowers. Seems like you could go with a morning glory and carnation.

Thank you Maryjane! I'm going to create a tiara. I'll make flowers like the ones on the charm using wire edged ribbon and a floating bee out of wire and seed beads. After all, I feel that a Jubilee just wouldn't be the same without a tiara! I think that my Farmgirl chapter, "The Fearless Farm Girls" would like this idea! When we make them we will take a photo and post it.
Thanks again for getting back to me,

A tiara is a great idea. Hmmmmm. What farmgirl doesn't need a tiara?

I have a tiara that was given to me years ago when I worked in the counseling office at our local middle school. It could be "Farmgirl Jubilee-ized"!

Bonnie and Heather,
What do you think of this as the back of your necklace for a custom order?

Absolutely love t! She is gorgeous. I would be proud to have her. Or, since a chicken is your mascot, one of your beautiful chickens would work equally well. Oh, the possibilities. Jubilee is going to be so much fun!

Alright sister chicks, I think that I have it! Tiaras to wear to a Jubilee Tea! I'm thinking that my chapter sisters and I shall have a high tea and wear our tiaras in honor of the Farm Girl Jubilee. Now to plan it out for may. My birthday is in May and I'll be 52 so that is a sort of Jubilee in itself. I'm already so excited just thinking about it! Planning it out will be even MORE fun!
What do you think?
Hugs!

Love hearing about everyone's Jubilee plans. We'll be celebrating on that Sunday (May 3) in our Coeur d'Alene store with none other than .... Winnie!!!! (Farmgirl Sister of the Year coming all the way from Florida.)

Festivities will begin at 2 pm to include a book signing, eats, treats, hugs, etc. Don't miss out. Rooms at the CDA Resort are easy enough to come by. For more details, contact Winnie (RedTractorGirl). Hope to see you there!

Now, back to the most charming part of the Jubilee, the charm. Heather, when we see your order for a charm necklace come through, we'll get Elaine to do one with the cow. Other than yours, everyone else will be farmgirling up their décolletage with the vintage photo of farmgirls. We've had quite a few orders come in so Elaine got started on them. Can't wait to wear mine the first weekend of May.

Yes, Farmgirls, I am excited to say that I will be at the Sunday, May 3, gathering at MaryJane's Store in Coeur d'Alene!! It is going to be so much fun and if you live close enough to come, I hope you will join us. It would be such a delight to meet your in person! I will also be in Coeur d'Alene on Monday, May 4, so if you can't come on Sunday, but have free time on Monday, shoot me an email and let's plan to get together. I will have a rental car and will be mobile too.

I have my Jubilee necklace ordered, a beautiful new apron to wear, and a plane ticket from Delta! Whoop!! I will be Idaho bound for our first Jubilee and I am already crazy excited. Let me know if you need anymore information about our gathering. I hope to see some of you there!

oh and as for a Fg crown,,, don 't rule out chicken wire all blinged up!
cut a strip of chicken wire (there are 3 size, sm, med & large gauage)... fit it around your head, and attach the ends,,, then you can tire strips of ribbon, lace, burlap what ever your heart desires,,, and add strands or danglie beads & pearls...
So easy peasy...

Grace you SO totally read my mind! Three days ago, I made a preliminary sketch using chicken wire as the framework for a Jubilee tiara! Great Farmgirl minds think a like!

Great Jubilee. Make that three. I want to make a chicken wire tiara too. Or maybe seven so each of my grandgirls can wear one too.
