I have read different articles on how to do this. What method did you use? What did you use to stick it to the wall? I was thinking about doing something like this in my kitchen, too.

Liquid starch. It worked like a dream and cheap and easy to clean up. Pre wash/dry your fabric to shrink. have a very sharp razor knife and good scissors for back up.
I did something very similar to that by covering almost all of the cupboard doors in the glamper trailer with fabric. However, I used Mod Podge and the result is great! CJ

What I love about using liquid starch is if you get sick of it or what to change your theme it peels right off. I tend to change my mind a lot

Spray bottle and then used a dry 4 inch paint brush to smooth out. The cotton was easy I did a burlap one too I had to use a lot more staples with it. I got it up but the spray method was really messy.
