Sherone,,, yep, you are so right about living in the country,,, or mountains... everything is as we jokingly say, "20min"... 20min up the road,,, 20min down the road,, lol! and the large cities are even further... so being stocked up, being pre-pared is a way of life...

The stacked garden you have pictured is pretty. $80 ain't a bad price either. Especially if is comes in a pre-cut kit. You could probably get the materials cheaper at a lumber yard BUT then you'd have to cut the pieces.
