after seeing a neighbor working in her barn wearing an apron! How could I not give her a gift subscription to Mary Janes. As soon as I saw her with the apron I knew what I was going to do. So in the next month or so, she will open the mailbox and wonder into this wonderful place for farm girls. Karla

Karla I applaud you for following through with a thought that entered your mind. Often we all get such thoughts to do something unexpected for someone but we talk ourselves out of it - she'll think I'm crazy, others don't do it, why should I spend the money, etc..

You did good! Your neighbor has quite a treat coming.

Karla, what an awesome neighbor you are. Can I come live next to you?

One of the best compliments from one of my daughters: "Moma, you smell good...like dirt."

Very sweet... you sure got lucky to get a farmgirl neighbor! Both of you got lucky!

Inside me there is a skinny girl crying to get out, but I can usually shut her up with cookies.

What a great idea! Did you do it secretly? Will it be a surprise for her? Love it.
