Don't forget to go out and look at the moon, Monday Night! It looks like it is already full! Our power was out last night form 10 pm to 1 am and the moon was so bright you could see thru the pitch dark! We are out in the country with no street lights!.jpg) .jpg)

If it is not raining, I plan to go out to look at it where it rises on the prairie. But, usually we have rain and cloudy conditions by late afternoon into the evening. Bummer!!

Thanks Connie for the reminder! I love checking out the different moons and meteor showers. Usually it's cloudy so I'm hoping that it will be clear :)

It was beautiful last night. The chickens burst into a chorus many times in the night. It often sounds as though they are singing with at least one that keeps the beat. It is cool to listen to. I wonder how many eggs we'll get today and tomorrow?

Our malamute, Maya, was howling like crazy yesterday morning. I took her for a walk just around our property and the moon was huge and orange, setting behind our house. It was beautiful. I almost started howling. :)

We too spent a lot of time under the moon last night. Just a beautiful night it was.
Judy....as beautiful as it was I would have enjoyed rain. We have been blessed with some but not nearly what we need.
