I have loads (like a shelf full) of hand knitting patterns from the 70's and 80's and the 90's, from a yarn store that was going out of business. Most are pretty classic styles.

I had a knitting machine dealership at the time, and thought to expand into handknitting, but closed the shop when Brother stopped making/marketing the knitting machines.

I will give them away until they are gone, 5 to a customer.

If you are interested, send me an email with your address and indicate whether you would like women's, men's, children's or infant's patterns, and I will try to accomodate until I run out!

Ooh, ooh! I just sent you an email with my address. Would love some infants/childrens patterns for my 9 month old son! What can I send in return? Thanks!

I'd love some women's patterns. There was a book titled "Knitting Counterpanes" or something like that, that's out of print now, and I kick myself every now and then for not getting it when I had the chance. If you happen to have that, I'd love that one too! Let me know what you'd like in return!

I might have a few toy patterns. I really haven't looked at these for a couple of years, I will go down and look tonight. There might also be a few afghan patterns and other miscellaneous.

I have received your email and added you to the list. No need to send anything in return, if you want to send trinket that expresses something about what you are or what you do I would treasure it. But no obligation whatsoever.

Got your email too, again, nothing is required in return, but hope you are not disappointed with the selection as these are mostly just one-or-two pattern leaflets, not actual books. I do have a couple that are thicker, like a magazine format, from Dale of Norway or others.

For anyone who requests patterns, I have a "spamblocker" on my mail account because my email address is posted on the web, i get way too much spam. If I've never sent you an email before you will get an automated email from my mail service... Just ignore it unless you don't hear from me within two or three days.

I just went through and found in addition to the sweater patterns, some crochet patterns, some holiday designs, some jar covers, some tissue box covers, but so far, no toys. If I find any toy patterns I will set them aside for you, Erin.

I have hundreds of these to give away, many are duplicates. Please don't be afraid to ask! I am trying to clear some space in my knitting machine room but just can't bear to throw these out. sharing them with my farmgirl friends is the best solution I can think of!

I put in the mail today patterns for susan, catherine, kathy, and Jennifer. Robin, send me your address and I'll try and get yours out tomorrow!

I have lots of these, girls, please help me de-clutter! I want to use that shelf for something else and just can't bear to throw these away.

OK, I just addressed envelopes for Robin, Sunshine, Amy and Tina. Taking them to the post office in a few minutes.

When I went to the post office last time the clerk asked how I wanted to send and suggested "media mail" - she asked if there was any personal correspondence or advertising in it, and I said, well, I did write a note! She stamped it "media mail- subject to inspection" so I don't know how it will come out. Anyway, look for an envelope from me -inside- the booklets.

Girls, I have hardly made a dent in this shelf full of patterns. If anyone is interested I will gladly send these out, just send me an email with your snail mail address.

My goal is to have this shelf cleaned off by January 1 and I just hate to throw them away. Most of these are classic designs, I like just to look through them to get ideas sometimes.

I'm on my way to the post office with patterns for Jessica, Giovannia, and Erin.

i am hoping the Post Office handles these OK at the media mail rate. Anyone expecting a package who hasn't received it please let me know.

Hi, girls, I've been away for a few days, we had a funeral last weekend out of town then lots of overtime this week - too tired of working on the computer at work to think of turning it on at home.

I think I have a few requests I need to catch up on that I got just before we left, don't worry, I'll get them in the mail this week.

So glad you all are enjoying the patterns.

Hi! Do you have any knitted patterns for toddlers or women left over? I could use a knitted hat pattern and socks for both. Thank you for your generosity! Merry Christmas! Susan

Susan, sorry, I don't really have any socks or hat patterns, there are sweaters for all sizes and some afghan/household items.
