Marie: I went to the store and bought new seeds and just stuck them in the ground. Each row was planted about a week apart. The last row is just coming up and the first row is doing marvelously, really looks healthy and dark green leaves. I think I was trying to help mother nature along too much.
The rest of the garden is doing well. However the cow manure (store bought) was loaded with grassy seeds and I have been busy pulling them up and covering what I can with mulch. I have golf ball sized tomatoes on a volunteer and the rest of them seem to be growing well. A couple of the varieties (mortgage lifter especially) seems to be a bit on the small size. Romas are doing well as are the Big Rainbow.

My garden is doing well. See for yourself.
I've harvested the leafy greens and chard already and there is more to come.
