Hello this bug has been showing up in my garden. Does anyone know what it might be? I am looking for answers on the yellow bug.

Marly.....actually to me it's not too ugly :). Well the good news is I have had someone help me, and it is for sure a Texan Soldier Beetle. They are beneficial bugs. Who knew......now I need SO many more.

Funny, well their larva are tiny small brown worms that feed on grasshopper and moth eggs. What could be better? Those grasshoppers are rough out here some years. So anything that can help elevate them I want.

Ewwww....Kelly, I don't like larva. But, it's okay if you do. I'd rather the grasshoppers.

The grasshoppers decimate my garden if I can not get some control. I only organically garden so every little bit will help.
