Hello, ladies!

I am a part of a group called PostCircle, which is run by a blogger from the UK, Miss-Beatrix (http://teawithmissbeatrix.com). I've been a part of the group for nearly a year now, and have grown to love it.

However, Miss-Beatrix is having some trouble building new groups... basically there are over 200 people involved, so rather than have everyone write everybody else, she split them into groups of 5-6 (usually 6). She tries to put at least one international person in each group, but what is happening is that she doesn't have enough individuals willing to post mail internationally.

Now, I'll admit, postage to the UK ain't cheap. But there are NO requirements -- like, you don't have to send a whopping gift-box sized package ever unless you just want to. I am in NC, and I use my own handmade stationery (found on my Etsy shop). The shape of it requires a little extra postage, so altogether, I pay $1.30ish per letter. I try to write at least once monthly, and occasionally include some small paper, or otherwise flat, gift.

I wanted to let folks here know about PostCircle in case anyone is looking for new penpals, and would be willing to write to the UK -- or maybe some of you are in the UK, in which case, Howdy, from the US. If you visit Miss-Beatrix's blog (link above), there is another link in her navigation for #Postcircle, click it and read all about it. Thank you!
