Oh, farmgirls! How long has it been? I hope you'll forgive me for being away! I know I've missed so much, but life has a way of demanding our time and attention sometimes doesn't it?

I'm here to see what's new with all of you! Here at our farm we have one spring calf and more on the way. Our Black Copper Marans and Ameraucana hens are doing well and we'll be getting more chicks this spring. Our seeds are started for the summer garden and as usual, we're hoping for rain.

See you around!

Oh, the swaps! I can't even look but I remember them fondly and had such a fun trade with another farmgrrrl years ago. I made a birdhouse out of barn wood and she made a handmade paper card set. Gah, it's like having a plate of fudge sitting out on the counter!

Sarah: Welcome back. CJ has it right, life happens. I've been away for almost a year. I've post just a few times, but I miss MJF. Glad you returned.
