Welcome to the forum Jody. Here are two of my favorite pastry recipes from Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten. Both use puff pastry and are super simple. They are crowd pleases too. Even though they are easy to make, they look impressive. I make the second one, the cheese danish recipe, for Christmas morning. It's quick and easy. Have fun collecting recipes.
