A local market has closed down in my town. I've been sad to lose it as I could always buy great products from them which included locally milled organic flour. Well, guess what I found at Costco today? They are now selling 2 - 10lb bags of organic flour, unbleached from hard winter wheat berries. I am so stoked! Grandkids are coming over tomorrow. Gramma is going to have to bake them something!!!
A friend of mine has been able to buy organic flour from her Costco near Sacramento, CA. She told me to beg our guys to bring some in. Begging didn't work for the first year I tried. Gave up--now it's there. Somebody else must have done some serious begging or Costco is doing this just for fun!? I'm just a happy camper here!

That's great Sylvia. Organic gives you peace of mind whenever you are cooking or baking. Enjoy your time with the grandchildren!
