When you have a "girls shopping trip" planned with a friend and you are excited about it...but it isn't to the mall, it is to Tractor Supply!

My friend Susan had a big 20% off coupon for Tractor Supply (which the store told us is a rare, saved-for-the-best customers coupon. She and I got up early and drove to New Milford and stocked up on 50 lb bags of chicken feed, rabbit feed, dog food...my crossover was filled to the top! Even the back of the car looked like it was heavy! We had more fun shopping there and picking out stuff for our new baby chicks. She got four and I got four).

I am well-stocked for winter, for sure.

Farmgirl Hugs,
Nicole

I love the farm stores too! When our friends come to visit, she and I always make it a point to go out there :)

I LOVE farm shopping! Mostly I just shop in my mind... but that's okay!!

I have to agree with Deborah... Whenever I'm at Lowe's with DH I'm always running off in my own direction to grab garden necessities or cracked corn & dried mealworms! Needless to say, Hubby doesn't like going with me very much! :)

You know you are a Farm Girl when . . .

you discuss the consistency of your animals' poop at the dinner table.

Ha ha! I'm right there with you sisters! I LOVE going each month to stock up....50 pound chicken feed/ 20pound rabbit feed, a bale of straw, hay and shaving! I just commented the other day how much I love the smell of my van when I have " farm stuff" in it...and saying how it smells like a barn, and how I should market a car air freshener named "Fresh from the barn" or something to that effect! Lol
Nicole, did you get your chicks already? Or did you just order them for spring? How exciting!
Hugs,

I used my TSC coupon today too!
Filled the Subaru to the brim.
Love it!
I wish I had more time, but I was working, so I didn't cruise all the aisles, probably a good thing.

When you run to town to the supply store, you have mud on your boots and jeans, a shirt that is your husband's, no make and your hair sticking out from your cap. and everyone smiles at you when you walk in.

You know you're a Farmgirl when your annual Black Friday shopping trip is not to the mall, but to Amish country!

Love that Stephanie!

Laurie...yes! I got baby chicks!!! Soooooo happy!

I love Lowe's too, but it's Tractor Supply that is my fave. I even love the way the store smells! Honestly, I am surprised DH wasn't scared with me going there alone, lol! We did really good with that coupon, though!

Hugs!
