Being The Hostess For Mail Art...is both a lot of work and a blessing.
The Blessings come in the form of extra "Just For The Hostess" Mail Art from various
farm girl Mail Artists. This one I just received yesterday was from our Newest Member
of Mail Art Connie Warren. Isn't this just A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E.??? Thanks So Much Connie!
I know that there will be another Happy Mail Art Person this month too...when she receives
Connie's Fabulous Mail Art!

What a wonderful gift, I have Lei's ready to mail but my son had another surgery and I didn't get to the post office yet, I'm sorry, first thing on Monday it will be on its way to you mrssunshine :) , Prayers for my son would be so appreciated, he is having a hard time with infection from a ruptured appendix, and I am having a hard time seeing him suffer! thank you, farm girl friends are the best! |

 I got this from Vanessa today! A Cross Stitched Bookmark and some craft ribbon and Hot Buttered Rum! and A very beautiful Drawing! Thank you!! The day after Thanksgiving I hang all my cards up around my Dining room!

Becky Messer...What a Wonderful Mail Art Pkg I got from you yesterday!!! What a Day Brightener that was!
The Snowman Card was so adorable that you made (was the snowman out of a thin felt or what? I could tell it was Fabric)...and I loved the Vintage "Think Christmas" Craft and Recipe Book. I have a bad head cold..but while sitting in my recliner yesterday
with my box of tissue and hot tea...I went through each and every craft and recipe. What a neat find my Friend and thanks so much for blessing me with it. I also found tucked between
two pages a Paper Cross Bookmark...which was another little treasure! I especially Loved how you made the Christmas Ribbon Book Holder for the book. And thanks for tucking in the little pkg of Thanksgiving Stickers and Christmas decorations too. Those will look perfect on my little tree. I have a skinny but adorable 5 ft artificial tree...just right for Apartment Life. I decorate it in white, silver and blue. I call it my Dollar Tree...Tree, because most of the decorations I bought at the Dollar Tree. I gave all the family keepsake ornaments to my youngest son and family when we down-sized and went into Apartment Living.

Thank you so much for your package. I am sorry I can't post a photo - but I received a fun cookie swap cookbook (I love cookbooks), an owly Christmas towel and a pretty fabric Christmas - 'tis the season" postcard. In your note you said you haven't mastered paper yet but you don't need to - your sewing is great!

to Peggy - I found that you can paint on art paper canvas that you buy in tablets. When I cut it out I just made sure I painted to the edges in case it wanted to ravel. |

Karen, don't feel the need to rush to the post office to mail my package. You have a lot going on right now with your son. Bless his heart. I hope that he feels better soon. I cannot imagine what you must be going through.
Becky, I am glad that you liked the package. Thanks for the kind words about my sewing. I did not take a picture of my swap this time. Sorry about that. It has been a bit hectic around here.

I am so thrilled at my goodies! The ornament has glitter, little pinecones and holly and "joy" in little blocks. The foil-wrapped chocolates won't last long! Thank you Sarah!
